Delivery is free within 12 miles of Milner, it takes a $50 deposit to reserve, weather problems get a reschedule or rain check, and overnight rentals are picked up starting at 8 AM the next morning. Here are all the details in plain language.

When you book, you choose your delivery time. If we arrive more than 30 minutes after the time you booked, you’ll get 10% off your rental, up to $50.
- Covers delivery and setup only, not pickup.
- Doesn’t apply to delays from severe weather, road closures, or if no one is there to meet us at the scheduled time.
Delivery
- Free within 12 miles of Milner.
- 13 to 40 miles: a flat $15 to $32. You’ll see the exact fee at checkout.
- More than 40 miles away? Give us a call for a quote.
- Minimum order is $175.
- Delivering to a park? A single $100 park fee applies.
Deposit
It takes a $50 deposit to reserve your date. If you cancel, you can put that $50 toward another rental any time within 1 year.
Weather
- Weather not cooperating? Reschedule for any date the equipment is open.
- If you paid in full and cancel because of weather, the full amount becomes a rain check toward a new date (no cash refunds).
- Plenty of customers keep water slides going in a light rain.
- For safety, inflatables can’t be used in sustained winds or gusts over 15 mph.
- Lightning means everyone off, right away.
Overnight Rentals
Most items can be rented overnight. The overnight price is listed on each product page, and pickup begins at 8 AM the next morning.
