Booking and Payment
How do I book a party rental?
You can book online anytime with the Book Now button, or call or text us at (706) 760-3433 from 9 AM to 7:30 PM. Only a $50 deposit is required to reserve your rental.
How much is the deposit to book?
The deposit is $50 to book. Only the $50 deposit is required to reserve your date.
What happens to my deposit if I cancel?
If you cancel, your $50 deposit can be applied to another rental within 1 year.
Can I book a last-minute rental?
Last-minute bookings are welcome whenever equipment and a crew are available. Discounts don’t apply to last-minute bookings, and a small rush fee may apply. Summer weekends fill up first, so booking early gives you the best pick.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, the minimum order is $175.
Do you offer a damage waiver?
Yes, an optional damage waiver is available at checkout for 10% of the rental price.
Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Free delivery within 12 miles of Milner. From 13 to 40 miles, delivery is a flat $15 to $32 depending on distance, and your exact fee is shown at checkout. Farther than 40 miles? Call for a quote. Minimum order is $175.
Do you deliver to my town?

Can you set up at a park?
Yes, we can deliver to park events. A single $100 park fee applies to park deliveries.
Power and Water Slide Setup
Do I need an electrical outlet?
Yes, you need an electrical outlet within 75 feet of the setup spot. If your spot doesn’t have power, a generator is available as an add-on, so just ask us when you book.
What do I need for a water slide rental?
For a water slide, you connect a garden hose from your outdoor spigot to our hose, and we recommend a 100-foot garden hose. We supply 25 to 30 feet of hose off the water slide, and you’ll also need an outlet within 75 feet of the setup spot.
Rental Terms, Explained
What does “dual lane” mean?
Dual lane means the slide has two lanes, so two riders can slide side by side and the line keeps moving. It’s 1 rider per lane at a time.
What is a “hybrid” water slide?
On our water slides, a hybrid design blends classic sliding with a splash at the bottom. On some, like the 19′ Go Dawgs Dual Lane Hybrid Slide, the entry stairs sit on the side, outside the splash pool.
What is a “combo”?
A combo is a bounce house with a slide built right in, and some also have a basketball hoop inside the bounce space.
What does “wet or dry” mean?
A wet/dry rental can be used dry, or as a water slide. For water slide use, you provide a hose and a hookup for it. A “dry only” rental, like the 40′ Obstacle Course (DRY only), is never used with water.
Weather
What happens if it rains on my event day?
If weather affects your event, you can reschedule to any date the equipment is available. Rain is otherwise handled case by case, and many customers keep their water slides up in light rain.
Do I get a refund if I cancel because of the weather?
If you paid in full and cancel because of the weather, there’s no cash refund; the full amount becomes a rain check toward a new date, good for 1 year. Only the $50 deposit is required to book, so you don’t have to pay in full up front.
Safety and Setup
Can you set up an inflatable when it’s windy?
For everyone’s safety, inflatables can’t be used in sustained winds or gusts over 15 mph.
What happens if there’s lightning?
Lightning means everyone off, right away.
Does an adult need to supervise?
An adult must supervise at all times while children are on the inflatable, and an inflated unit should never be left unattended.
How are the inflatables secured?
Every unit is secured with stakes or sandbags. Each inflatable comes with a blower, an extension cord and safety stakes.
Are your inflatables cleaned before each rental?
Yes. Every unit is cleaned and sanitized before use.
How much space do I need?
Each product page lists the space needed for that unit. For example, the Mega Dome XL Bounce House needs 30′ deep x 20′ wide x 17′ high, and the 19′ Flamingo Falls dual lane water slide needs 40′ deep x 20′ wide. You’ll also need an outlet within 75 feet of the setup spot.
What Happens After You Book
Step 1: Your deposit confirms your date
A $50 deposit confirms your reservation. Your rental contract is in your email receipt, and a paper copy is available if you ask.
Step 2: Get your spot ready
Pick a flat, open spot with an outlet within 75 feet. For a water slide, you also need a garden hose from your outdoor spigot (we recommend 100 feet).
Step 3: We deliver at your booked time
When you book, you choose your delivery time. If we arrive more than 30 minutes after the time you booked, you get 10% off your rental, up to $50. Our crew handles the full setup.
Step 4: Pickup
Our crew handles the takeaway too. Overnight rentals are picked up starting at 8 AM the next morning.
If the weather doesn’t cooperate
You can reschedule to any available date. If weather cancels, your payment goes to a rain check good for 1 year.
