I just want to brag on the exceptional customer service we have received for our event. Days before our sons party our youngest babies (triplets) all were hospitalized at CHOA with parainfluenza. Not only was Bouncing Chicken so amazingly understanding they gave us no issue about rescheduling our son’s party! Now with the party approaching and the weather looking concerning they have still remained amazing about trying to keep a close eye on what is safest to do in regards to our rental. We will definitely continue to be yearly customers!

Great customer service! We ordered a water slide for a family party and the slide was in great condition and perfect for our occasion. I would recommend Bouncing Chicken Rentals to anyone.

Super friendly, great when it’s comes to timing and the bounce houses we’ve rented are always super clean! They load and unload it all- all that’s left for you to do is enjoy it 😊 we will absolutely continue to use them in the future!
